In the Northern Rivers climate, moss, lichen and algae establish quickly. They hold moisture against your roof surface, accelerating weathering and voiding some manufacturer warranties. A soft wash removes them at the root — a pressure wash scours the surface but doesn’t kill the organism.

Our method
Soft wash — the professional approach
We apply a biodegradable treatment solution at low pressure. The solution kills mould, lichen and algae, then rinses clean with water. No risk of cracked tiles, dislodged pointing or broken ridge caps. Results last 3–5 years in this climate.
